Terms of Use
These terms describe how Farm Pillar’s website and application may be used. Effective September 28, 2026.
1. About Farm Pillar
Farm Pillar provides software for recording and reviewing farm operations and financial activity. Access to an organization workspace is arranged directly with the Farm Pillar team; the website does not offer public signup. A separate written agreement may govern commercial terms, support, and service commitments for your organization.
2. Accounts and authorized use
An organization owner controls invitations, roles, and use by its team. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, using accurate information, and notifying us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and within the access granted to you.
3. Your data
Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of records entered into its workspace. Farm Pillar may process those records to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any separate customer agreement. You should retain your own copies of records needed for legal or accounting obligations.
4. Prohibited activity
Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Product information
Website descriptions explain available features at a general level. A demo or quote request does not create a subscription or guarantee availability, pricing, or a particular outcome. Farm Pillar may improve or change features over time. Your signed customer agreement, if any, controls where it differs from these website terms.
6. Intellectual property
Farm Pillar and its licensors retain rights in the website, application, design, and software. Your organization retains its rights in data it supplies. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the software or another organization’s content.
7. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in a separate customer contract. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
